He has worked in the mortgage industry for over 19 years, serving some of the nation’s largest markets in WA, OR and CA.  Seth C. Raddue has overseen 5+ Billion in direct retail loan production and is a champion of the independent mortgage company business model.  Seth C. Raddue has thrived by his personal commitment to an entrepreneurial spirit while offering a wide range of home loan programs options to meet the needs of most home buyers and homeowners. Seth C.  Raddue is also a member of the company’s senior operating committee.  TriStar Finance, Inc. is a multi-state, full-service independent mortgage company since 2006 servicing consumers and mortgage originators through its unique retail platform.  My company has seen outstanding growth which has allowed us a unique competitive advantage in the marketplace while remaining one of the largest independent mortgage Mortgage Lender in our area.  TriStar Finance, Inc. is a tech-centric, service-orientated organization looking for mortgage professionals that share that like-minded spirit, while developing long-term relationships with our clients.  We believe that everyone has the right to own their own home. As the 100% sole owner of his own fully independent mortgage company that is a lender (not a Broker) Seth and his team can underwrite, fund and control the entire loan process and the company approved with nearly every lender in the wholesale market that buys the loans we fund so TriStar Finance Inc. can do just about anything and everything at better terms than the competition by not paying the overhead of commissions to sales people when you refer a client to me. There aren’t many companies like me in the mortgage business anymore as a lot of them were all put out of business or sold out to larger Mortgage Lender etc. over the past 10 years as the mortgage environment changed.
